Please note: No base/candle holder, box with product information or matches are included(as you likely already have one from buying a previous set). Candles are pre-cut, for your convenience, and have a no-drip design. Use each candle with an official, 20 Minute Candle base/holder.

We want you to enjoy your 20 Minute Candles (that's the purpose) and we will try and be as accommodating as possible without putting the company at a financial loss. We want to keep sharing this product with the world and appreciate your support in accomplishing this.
If your product is damaged when it arrives to you, we will send you replacements for any candles that are broken or not able to use. 20 Minute Candles has the discretion to discontinue selling to an individual if there is any perceived abuse of the return & refund policy. Refunds are not offered at this time.
